The tree is an Ask tree situated in Fishponds Park, Surbiton. Commissioned by the Royal Borough of Kingston Upon Thames local council. The 3 fish at the top and the crown is the logo of the local council The rest of the designs were made up of with a water and fantasy theme reflecting the fishponds name and location |
